5. Pre Event Check In
In the lead up to your event, we’ll check in to confirm everything’s on track. Need a quick call or a tweak to your setup? We’re always just a message away.
6. The Event
On the day, your dedicated host will arrive to style and set up thebooth.

FAQ
How do I create the rear screen video?
We will send you a link with lots of options. From this link, select a short video loop that plays on the screen at the back of the booth. You can choose from our curated video library or send your own file. You'll also choose up to two fonts and write out what you’d like to appear on screen. We'll provide mockups for review and tweak anything until it's perfect.
How do I create the photo overlay design?
This is what frames your photos. You’ll choose:
- A colour scheme- We recommend matching your event palette or going timeless with monochrome
- A font- Pick from our collection or send one you love
- The wording.
We’ll create mockups based on your selections and send them over for you to approve or refine.
Do you offer photo filters?
Yes, you can choose from:
- Colour
- Black and white
- B&W glam filter
- Your guests can choose from your selected filters after each photo has been taken. All filters are included as standard.
Are backdrops included?
Yes, backdrops are included in all packages. You'll select a colour that suits your space and styling. If you're not sure what will work best, we’re happy to advise based on venue, lighting and overall mood.
